Important Announcement for Awana 9/28
Important Announcement for Awana 9/28The online database that we use each week for checking in our leaders and clubbers has been under maintenance for over 24 hours. This can create chaos during our check-in process, but properly checking in our families is an important piece of our safety precautions. Our team is making preparations to manually check-in each clubber, which can be a bit more time consuming than usual. Also, there won’t be a way for us to provide one pick up sticker for a whole family, so you will have a pick up sticker for each child that is checked in. If your family eats dinner on campus, we will have a check-in station there to help alleviate some of the crowd.
Here’s how you can help:
1.) Arrive early. Our team will work diligently to provide a quick check-in process, but arriving early will help the rush so that clubbers don’t miss any part of Awana.
2.) Be Patient with our Team. We will do the best that we can, but we may spell names wrong or have to ask questions that our computer usually answers for us. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Awana Tie-Dye Night
Wednesday night, September 28, is Tie-Dye Night for our Awana Clubbers. Wear your grooviest tie-dye clothes for a fun night!
Awana Returns September 7th
Our 2022-2023 Awana year is less than a week away! We start back next Wednesday, September 7th at 6:00pm, and concludes at 7:30pm. Please have your clubbers registered prior to September 7th if at all possible, so all of our security protocols are met and the clubbers are in our systems.

March 2nd – Dr. Seuss Night
Tomorrow night, March 2, is Dr. Seuss Night for our Awana clubbers! Clubbers and leaders are encouraged to dress like their favorite Dr. Seuss character! This is sure to be a fun night!
